Road Wheel End Cap

My store manager took a brand new rear wheel off the rack in order to sell it and noticed a big chip right at the edge of the 5mm allen key hexagon. The corners of a hexagon are always stress risers and it looked like the material succumbed to the stress of an allen key and a bit of torque during assembly. I eliminated the allen key with the new version, instead having a 17mm wrench flat design. One advantage to having me is that a new part can be made next day and the product can go out the door and into the hands of a happy customer. Good luck trying to find this small part from the distributor.
